NEW YEAR. NEW GAINZ. WIN this SICK USPlabs Stack NOW!

got mine!:( but i just had wisdom teeth surgery so im so out of it i wont review foranother week :(

No worries! Take your time and feel better!

A review will follow in the appropriate section. Here is what I experienced today.
2/7 arms
Had an epic arm pump today, thanks to Jack3d advanced, and modern bcaa+. I had un*****ed intensity and was able to keep rest periods to a minimum with great recovery set to set. For me when it comes to ramping up the intensity, this is where a great bcaa intra workout really shines.
Some people complain about mix ability of modern bcaa +. An easy remedy to this issue is to mix it prior to beginning the workout and letting it set in the fridge for a while. When it comes time to lift just give a few shakes and It's all good.
The new advanced jack3d formula had me a little scarred. I am hyper sensitive to yohimbe in a very bad way. Jitters, cold sweats, nausea, anxiety, and this lasts for about 8 hours, so I stay away from it. I was very excited to try this new formula, I have about 15 kinds of pwo's under my belt. After that many they all tend to be so so. I proceeded with caution here and used only half a scoop. I cannot attest what a full scoop feels like. I did not experience the beloved beta alanine tingles at this dose. What I did experience is a skin tearing pump. Great focus, and aggression. Mix ability was spot on, no clumps, or chunks. Taste was wonderfull, as other pwo's can make you want to choke! My workout was different today from what I usually do, so I cannot attest to any specific strength gains.

All exercises done in 3 sets 1 minute rest. Alternating between biceps and triceps.
Close grip bench 3x10
Ss drag cUrls 3x10
Ss skull crushers 3x12
Curl bar curls 3x12
Cable overhead triceps press 3x12
Cable concentration curls 3 working sets of 10 , 6 sets total trying to find proper weight
100 band push downs

Hammer curls 3x10
Chin ups 3x8

Seated shoulder press 3x15
Db shrugs 3x15

Conditioning prior to lifting. 6 30 second tred mill sprints with 2 minutes rest. This is my new best friend

Thanks for your feedback! That is basically what I do with Modern BCAA+. Mix it before leaving and put it in the gym bag, then upon arriving at the gym just give it a few shakes. Good to hear that you did well with Jack3d Advanced. If you end up sticking with a half scoop the tub will last you quite a while!

Reality

To make my goals a reality I started working for a gym Just Fitness 4 U and started training there for free 5 days a week!

Cool promo, I really enjoy the protein and ModernBCAA! Today was leg day, finished up with HIIT to help me with my weight loss goal.
Research suggests that hiit after your workout could be counterproductive for your gains. Try 20 min hiit before all workouts apart from legs day, your results will double!!

LOL strong post......... try posting research before you spew BS

Jeez man chill, just joining in the conversation! And you might want want to do some research before you state it's BS, then you can apologise for shouting your mouth off when I'm right ;-) I have posted the research in a previous thread last year some time, I'm sure I can find it again if you can't be bothered searching for it??

Lol, counter productive for my gains when I said I was cutting
Oh ok, so you don't want to gain/maintain while cutting? My bad! Go ahead then, burn up your muscle with your fat, it's your body. However if you want to open your mind to the possibility of gaining lean muscle while cutting, move your hiit sessions to the beginning of your workout rather than at the end. There is strong evidence showing that hiit performed before a weights session actually enhances muscle growth from that session, as well as burning fat. Cardio performed after weights (the traditional way that people have always done) actually reduces the effectiveness of the weights session (it literally switches off the anabolic response to weight training). There is research out there for you to find. I will try find a link for you if your interested? I am only trying to help here, not "spewing BS". Would you not want to keep or gain muscle at the same time as losing fat??

I had the luck to win a free tub of modern bcaa+ from USP Labs and this wonderful website that we belong to!
Let me first start off by saying I won this with no strings attached. I am in no way obligated to give a review. That being said let's go !
I am not going to get into the scientific aspect of what bcaa supplementation does how it works and all that stuff. If you have been in the game long enough you have wasted more money than you care to think about trying all the new muscle building snake oil formulas and such. Bottom line the staples work. Protein, creatine, aminos, and of course some preworkouts and a few other things actually work.

Mixability. Modern bcaa + is not the best, but let's face it some stuff doesn't mix well in cold water and a cup. This stuff mixes just fine in a bottle or shaker bottle, and if the water is slightly war this helps. So quit complaining and mix it a few hours before you train, then throw it in the fridge. A few shakes afterwards and it's all good. No it is not the best mixing bcaa I have ever had, but none of the others have 15 grams either.

Dosing. 15 grams is a lot. But any less than 10 in my opinion is not enough. So wether you weigh 150 or 250 you should be covered.

Taste. Fruit punch. Not the best but not the worst either. If you think it tastes bad please try unflavored bcaa's then tell me what you think. The amino acid leucine( I believe) is made from fermented corn. That does show through a little bit. But like I said try unflavored if you enjoy the rancid taste on you pallet.

Results. IMO bcaa are best suited Intra workout during high intensity low rest style workouts, or when doing cardio pre lift. Recovery time and performance is greatly improved with a bcaa supplement.

Bottom line modern bcaa + goes above and beyond meeting the needs for a wide variety of body types and training styles. Mixes well, tastes good, and provides added fuel for those tough workouts. It is a solid product from a reliable company. Buy it!

Thanks so much for posting this up Bengal. As always we appreciate your feedback. :) Mixing it ahead of time is what I do as well. Mix it in cold water, head to the gym, and by the time I'm there 15 minutes later I give it a few shakes and it is completely mixed.

Just posted my review as well. I wish I knew how many BCAAs were actually in it, but otherwise a good product. I love the Fruit Punch flavor, not a fan of the Blue Raspberry. I'll bet the Grape Bubblegum will be pretty good :)

My Jack3d Advanced review coming later, I haven't had a chance to open it yet. Oxy3lite Protein review being put up in a minute.

Man, so much conflicting research on cardio. This was just posted the other day. Jim Stoppani says to do it right after weights. Maybe "after" is better for fat loss and "before" is better for muscle gain. I think I'd rather do it after just because your article says you have to wait an hour after HIIT to lift, ain't nobody got time for that :)

I just read it. Thank you for the feedback Misfit! I'm glad you enjoyed the fruit punch flavor. Watermelon is definitely my favorite, with fruit punch probably in second.

Today I met with my crossfit trainer and got my ass worked. 10-1's of strict overhead press then 100 meter run. My shoulders post workout were screaming and my legs on fire. After that session I hit my chest hard. I'd usually do more but I am getting over a low back injury so having to get creative to keep training without flaring up my lower back. Spending a lot more time stretching before and after. I am out of balance. I cant stress enough how important total body flexibility is. Especially if doing lots of Olympic lifting like I do.

I recently got a tub of Oxyprotein in cookies and cream. My god man, I cant believe this stuff is good for me! Taste and mouth feel is incredible.
