hey everyone! i've been working out for the past 7 years,and i decided to add a little extra help in my routine and wanted to try ph's.been reading about ph's for a while,since im a newbie with ph's i was wondering what would be a good ph to use for a first time?? i was thinking LG science methyl 1D or just use the stack that they have(methyl 1d,masterdrol and formadrol).all the reviews that i read around the web say that is not too bad,other ppl didnt notice anything while on this stack,and others had great results,what do you guys think??what can i use as a PCT?what about what about NRG-x labs 1,4 andro maxx?????? thanks in advance!
PS:im 27,my diet is clean,i eat around 3000_3500 calories.
