New white bottle?

Whats up with the Cissus I just got in a white bottle.It doesnt taste,smell or look like the Cissus Ive been using for over a year.
Help me out here,what gives?:wtf:
 
What are the ingredients stated on the label? As for the bottle part, D used to use both clear bottles and white ones.

Of course it says Cissus Quandrangularis on the bottle.It is USP labs Rx.But the powder is white and is kinda like corn starch.Not very Cissus like at all.I honestly believe this to be a bad batch.Ive used more bottles of USP Cissus than I can count and also the USP
bulk powder and this stuff isnt right.
 
white powder? that must be a misplaced shipment from columbia

that is weird tho,cissus is kinda redish right?

Its always been a pretty deep brown with a very distinct smell & taste.Its always been a product I truely love.That is why I am so concerned.This batch no joke really reminds me of corn starch.Not like Cissus at all.Id gladly exchange for a new bottle.
 
I bought three bottles of cissus rx about 3 weeks ago, all came in the white bottles. And like you said the first one that I opened had white caps and the podwer in them was white. The second one that I opened was back to the green caps with the normal looking brownish powder, seemed more like the normal ones that took. USP or reps any answers on why some of the cissus is coming out with a white powder? I understand the whole white bottle over the clear bottle deal with the company split up but what is up with the white powder?
 
Well I really can't say for sure but Cialabol is a white powder, and when you say "white caps" are they white and red? The bottle probably just has the wrong label.

If you really want to find out if it's Cialabol take 8 caps and see if you have any GI distress/bowel movement within an hour of taking it.

It's not cialabol, I have used that in the past and still have a few bottles left over. I could only be so lucky to get a mislabeled bottle and it end up being cialabol :jaw:
 
Actually mine is a white bottle with green caps and white powder.It
is not however Cisssus extract powder in my estemation.Cissus is the only USP product I want to use. I dont care if its cialabol.Who do I talk to about an exchange or refund.
 
Those of you who recieved these stranges bottles of Cissus, please contact the retailer you purchased from for a refund. Also, as per board rules you will not be able to say the particular retailer, so please e-mail it to me at the below address.
 
E-mail sent out also, hopefully just a bad batch and the new 10% cissus will be out soon and put a end to the problem.
 
Just talked to the retailer.They said they are going to ship me one of the clear bottles w/ the green caps.I really hope so.I just want some Cissus damn it.

just from opening the bottle you can tell its different from the smell
i live in australia.. so sending the products back (to USA) for a refund/exchange wont be that cheap, so should i jus keep taking these caps?:confused:

No, contact the company and ask if they could pay for the return. If they're nice about it they might pay it for you or sort something out but I wouldn't keep taking these caps when you can't be sure what's in them.

Seeing as shipping will probably take a week or two ask them to refund you with Super Cissus RX, it should be out by the time they recieve the faulty goods.

So what is in these white caps? I'm on my third bottle megadosing and my joints don't feel quite as good as they normally do (but that could be mental).

Mullet I sent you an email but did not get a response.

I'm interested to know too, since the company i ordered from isn't gonna pay for the shipping.
I don't really want to fork out more shipping money... i already had a 25lb protein order rejected and sent back to USA cos Aussie customs tightened their regulations or sometin... which set me back US$90 since shipping wasn't refunded :\
so yeh... if whatevers in the caps is some other USPlabs product then thats something at least..

Our last shipment yielded a white extract. This is due to the varring nature of the extractions. I laugh because I told India that this color change would yield a frantic response.

What you purchased was Cissus RX. What the retail site sold you was Cissus Rx. If you have a problem with the Cissus Rx, Please contact be direct at [email protected] and TITLE the e-mail "white Cissus."

Well just so you guys know, I think whatever the difference is in the two extracts the brownish color def. works better.... at least for me.
