Love these. 42 grams in one shot!!! I like to take these with me to the gym and take a shot after lifting then do 20 mins of light cardio... They taste great also, like a jello shot

I have to admit that liquid protein is never as good as the real thing ie (Chicken, Beef, Eggs,). The taste, for me anyway, is a 3/5 stars.
