Hey guys


I'm looking for a change of pace?

Any ideas? I was doing a 5x5 but stopped that and starte doing more core and total body stuff.
 
Yea I was doing kinda hybrid thing I worked on. But my mind only goes so far lol

My goals are I want to lean out while increasing muscle density
 
That'll be dictated more by nutrition than training program.
 
look up madcows 5x5. its completely full body every day and only barbell movements. it focuses on the bench oress, squat, deadlift, overhead press, and pendlay rows

Yeah your program could consist of zumba and men's fitness workouts and you will lean out if your nutrition is in check.

As far as programs go for leaning out my top picks would be lean gains and any strength biased crossfit program.
