Hey guys so I’ve been doing a lot of power application, programs etc. since I train athletes it’s almost all that we work on aside from a few hypertrophy weeks here and there to deload. I need to switch from power training to hypertrophy training, my shoulders and back just can’t handle it anymore.

I probably could write a good program with progressive overloading etc but does anyone have recommendations on programs that really added some size to them? I don’t care about how much I squat or bench anymore. I care about proper form and gaining muscle because I’m never gonna move the weight that some of the athletes I train can.

4 or 5 daw plans would be helpful, fullbody is what I normally train but I’m open to anything this go around.
