This is very interesting, I cbf now but tommorow I am gonna see if scientific research actually backs this up.

It seems like there is a lot in that article, but there really is not much other than fluff and a basic physiology lesson. The author is neglecting the differences amongst lifters genetics, by this I mean that one size does NOT fit all. HIT training works for some, but it does not work for others. the same can be said about all training programs.
 
In reality hes just winding everyone up for his new book. But he may be onto something, he made some statements there which I can try follow up with pubmed to see how credible the article is.
True something wont work for everybody but this is just another principle to add to our arsenary of knowledge, just like rep ranges, this is tempo presciption.
