Just wanted to say hey to everybody, and will be asking advice frequently. Rookie to building muscle and any advice would be appreciated.
 
Welcome, let me get you started on all of your bodybuilding needs :
1) Invalid Link Removed
2) 40/40/20* are good starting macronutrient ratios
3) 4/4/9*
4) Make use of the calculator I attached.
5) Low GI Carbs
6) Don't forget you essential fats
7) Eat 6x/day
8) Dont' forget to eat 1hr preworkot and post-workout

*% proteins/carbs/fat calories of daily caloric intake
** cals per gram of protein/carbs/fat

Wow...You know just about everything there is to know about nutrition now :)

I think he forgot to mention that you need to also lift weights! Which always helps?
