Hey everyone...wanted to share my story and keep updates how things are going. I'm 40 years old, don't drink or smoke. Workout 5 days a week and have a great diet. Last year I was at work and had two strokes. After a week in the hospital the doctors found a hole in my heart or also know as a PFO or Patent Formen Ovale. I had the hole closed a month later and I was placed on blood thinners, beta blocker, and Simvistatin.

Fast forward a year and two months later to present day.

Today my doc has taken me off the statin...Thank GOD! (Which has caused weight gain, lose of muscle, terrible sleep habits, bloating, gas) Two weeks ago I had blood work and my test level was at 352. I was prescribed TRT.

Test CYP 100mg/ml a week
Anasrtazol .5 2x a week
HCG 250 IU 2x a week

I'm currently in my second week and anxious to see where this goes now that I'm off of the statin. Please ask any questions and I will keep everyone updated as much as possible. I'm currently 5'9" at 194...I'm still eating right and working out 5 days a week.

Good to hear you are doing better now man.

What are your goals? Strength, size, reduce bf, all of the above lol?

What does your training look like...typical rep ranges, frequency, volume?
 
Definitely all of the above lol...rep ranges 10-20, 3-4 sets per exercise, steady increase in weight...5x a week. Cardio 4 X a week as well as some ab work.
 
Plenty of protein, carbs and good fats...eating 5 x a day. Multivitamin, fish oils, bcaa, whey.
