Hello Everyone. The name is Lantern4312. I'm new to the forum and would like some advice from wiser minds. A little backstory. I used to weigh in at 295. After a brief battle with depression I went into a Planet Fitness and got addicted. I'm currently at 208 and would like to cut down to 185-190. I was introduced to a Carb Cycling diet from one if my customers and wanted some opinions on this diet.

Thanks in advance!

Google intermittent fasting.
It is the best weight loss diet I've used. Pretty much only eating a few hours of the day and only eating carbs on workout days.
Add some good supplements and watch the fat melt off.

I have been carb cycling for a while now, in conjunction with IF. It has been working great for me. The idea is to limit carbs on days that you don't train or don't train as intensely. I find that I am less hungry on my low carb days.

Welcome to AM man and nice commitment to the weight loss. Keep pursuing those goals man!

now alls you gotta do is slam some deadlifts and youll fit right in

youll upgrade out of planet fitness if you stick around and become a strength trainer like the rest of us lol

Welcome to AM. Carb cycling is a great way of dieting down, but with anything prepreparation and consistency is key. Pre prepare all your food for your low, moderate and high carb days. Good luck on your continuing fat loss success.
