new to site, need advice please

Ive already lost 50 pounds in bout 6 months (285 down from 335) and i know the first are the easiest to loose. Ive been lifting 3 days a week and trying to do cardio 3 days but i have 2 older kids and a newborn plus a full time job, so i do what i can when i can. Im upping the workload to 3 days lifting + 30 min cardio then 45 min to 60 min cardio on non lifting days and prolly just rest on sunday. I have used wheybolic as my pwo shake, and ON protein thru the day and night. I also used recreate, oxyelite and powerfull with what i feel are decent results so far. I am gonna switch to oxyelite, recreate, powerfull, anabolic pump, jack3d, ON as my pwo shake and also got sportpharma multi vitamin and ON cgt-10. Does this seem like a good combination for my goals which are loose weight, gain strength and overall get healthy. Im 35 and take in avg of 2000 calories between shakes and meals. One last question, can i mix the cgt-10 with my pwo shake? Ive researched all these products and found decent reviews (despite a lot of hatred to usplabs, but it seems as if people love them or hate them...no middle ground) and wonder if its good combination or am i missing something or have to much....thanx for advice

ps...also buying dymatice elite 12hr protein for breakfast and night shake ( looks like a good blend and blueberry muffin sounds delicous), and got a tub of extend pretty cheap so gonna give it a shot too
 
You have some killer supps there. That should def. give you the boost you need to get to your goals faster. I havnt used any of those except for trialsize of anabolic pump. But Yeah, you should be good to go. I read many good reviews on those supps.

got some good supps but you could save a lil $$ but thats my opinion, if you're trying to lean out i have to ask what cardio you are doing,

dont rely on fat burners as they will raise cortisol and prevent you from gaining as much muscle as you want,

second YES you can can mix cgt10 with protein, wont effect it at all

id say maybe look into a test boosting stack....something like divanil, testofen, and d-aspartic acid,
phyto-testosterone bulk divanil and TCF-1 would be a good one
 
first, congratulations...losing 50lbs is NO small task!!!

you've got a lot of stuff listed here for supps, my personal oppinion...you don't need that much right now. keep your diet straight and keep working hard, you'll get the results you want.

save a lot of the supps for when you hit the wall on progress...my guess is that it won't come for a while.

supps that I think would benefit you now:
any pre workout (jack3d, Anadraulic state GT, or oxylite - note: don't use Jack3d and Oxylite) - to make sure you get have the energy/motivation to hit the gym hard.

I also agree with the poster above that recommended something to raise natty test levels...testosterone conversion factor-1 is a solid product (enjoying it now), you might also consider an aromatase inhibitor (AI) in a low dose. 6-bromo would be a great choice, novedex XT is also on sale/clearance at nutraplanet right now too :D
 
thanks for all the solid advice...def look into test booster....as far as cardio...30 min post lifting, hour on non lifting days...nothing on sundays tho i do try to do something active like swimming or yard work etc.........mainly a steady inclined walk..just short of a jog....tried the jogging and just not quite there yet, hard on the knees and back but im trying to slowly incorporate the last 5 min to jogging and go from there
