New to ketogenic diet - have a few questions

Alright, so I've been doing this ketogenic diet for well over a month and I've made pretty decent progress I feel. But now I'm starting to move into the bulking mindset again, now that I've figured out exactly what I need to do with my diet to lean out and cut. My question now is, how can I smoothly transition into an effective bulk without compromising my midsection so much?
I realize that I cannot stay as lean as I am now if I try to add size, but I would still like to retain my abs to some extent.

I have a couple options in mind. The first option is to replace about 60 grams worth of fat calories with an equivalent in carbohydrate calories, so my daily caloric intake itself doesn't change, and then gradually add more calories coming carbs every week. My second option that I am considering is to just go on the anabolic diet which is similar to keto, but with a slight number of carbs and then do that for a while to allow my body to readjust to burning glycogen for fuel.

I'm currently ingesting 2000 cals e/d. 1200 of those cals come from fat, the other 800 from protein. Overall, I'd still be sticking with 2000, just training my body to burn glycogen again and then I'd load up the carbs. As of now I am approx 185 at 9% bf prob. I'd like to retain my shape as best I can. Educated thoughts are welcome please.
