What's up guys i'm new to the AM community. I am wanting to cut down about 10 to 15 lbs while keeping my muscle. I have been working out for about the last year so i am not new to the lifting game but i for damn sure don't know as much as most people but i am here to learn. So the question i have for you guys is what should my macros be looking like to lose about 1 - 1 1/2lbs a week and still keep my muscle. i do understand that everyone's body is different so my macros will be different, i just want a baseline for them really. For my workouts i usually like to stay between 10-12 reps for everything i really do. I also do cardio in the mornings so that's in there also. i do enjoy all the help you can give and also i'm not lazy so i will research all day long as i enjoy learning new stuff.
Thanks in advance guys:)

You can use that calculator to calculate your suggested macros. From there you can see how those macros work for you making small changes if you get to a stalling point (if you go 2 weeks without seeing any changes) As you get to those stalling points you can make small changes to your carbs like reducing them 50 grams on your off days or 25-50 on each day etc. If you make small changes and monitor them, you'll be able to see how our body responds. John meadows has a great e book out that breaks it down really well!

^^^perfect réponse! It truly depends on the individual
