New to Clen/T3 Need help!!

I have some clenbuterol 200mcg/ml and some T3 100mcg/ml. I need to know how much and when to take these. I plan on doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and taking them together but it's a liquid and I need to know what would e the best way to go about measuring my dosage also

Dude you are probally not going to get much help here on this topic as a simple google will give a 1000 clen/t3 cycles and testaments...
