Hey guys I am finishing up my stack I put together to put on weight for summer
I took animal pack ed
shock therapy prewo
torrent postwo
real gains soon after torrent
probolic sr before bed
I worked out atleast 5 days a week
usualy worked out 2 times a day
diet hasn't ben that lean cause I'm tryn to gain weight
sorta a dirty bulk but I only gained like 10 or so lbs over whole summer
definately leaned out some and strength increased
were about to start football season and I'm almost out of my goodies
wondering about what I should take to maintain body weight And stregnth throught season
any advice would be appreciated
