New Stack For Me. Need Advice

I placed my first order of USPLabs Supplements.

I have completed my bulking stage (from 140 to 166) and now need a slow drop to my contest weight of 150. My contest is June 30.

I work out M-F from 6:30 - 8:00 AM

Please advise me on the dosages of this stack and what I should be eating before my workout. I take a 6 egg white, one scoop of protein powder shake immediately after my workout. Should I eat a cup of oatmeal or piece of toast with peanut butter with supplementation before working out?

I want to maximize the advantage of this stack that I have heard so much positive reaction about from fellow competitors.

cAMP: 2 AM, 2 mid day and 2 before bed. (may start at 1 cap before bed to build up tolerance)

PowerFull: 1 cap AM on empty stomach, 2 caps pre wo and 1 cap before bed on carb free stomach. Pre workout dose stacks nicely with some creatine & caffeine. You may consider upping pre bed dose to 2 caps for add'l GH boost & deep sleep.

Cissus: 1 cap three times daily roughly 1/2 hr before meal. Dose can be upped to 2 caps three times if desired for add'l anabolic/anti-catabolic benefits. I only use three a day with great results in joint/tendon relief.

AP: You will want to take 1 cap 3x ed 15 minutes before your heaviest carb laden meals with 10 grams or less of fats. I would keep your diet static and slowly introduce add'l carbs around AP dosing as needed.

I typically dose ap before breakfast, before pre workout meal (usually eaten at least an hour before training) and one more before evening meal. I am not claiming this is THE way to do it, it is just the way I do it. AP has a halflife of roughly 6hrs so you really have some room to play with. I don't think exact dosing times are going to make or break this supplement. Main thing is taking advantage of the glut-4 increase and assuring you have adequate carb intake to maximize potential.
 
Thank you for your quick and thorough response. I am looking forward to starting this stack on March 1 if the supplements arrive by then, or next Monday for sure.
