I've been training for about 7 years consistently, up until the last 6 months, I had started working two jobs, preparing for a new baby so I had been out of the gym for a bit. I'm down about 10 lbs from my normal weight, but still lean, work very physical job that keeps me in shape. I've started training again the last two weeks, strengths are good, energy is good. I started going through my supplement drawer and realized I had stocked up on quite a bit and I'm curious as to what route I should take, I almost feel lost lol. My goal is to gain back my size and strength, not too concerned with fat loss. I just went and loaded up on some quality proteins, complex carbs and fats to get my cals up. Here's the supps I have
