Are you really skipping legs? For ppl who even claim well i just want a nice beach body..well if you care enough about your upper body you wouldnt skip the lower half since there is a direct correlation between the two. Unless ur a wheelchair bound human i dont see valid reasons to skip legs? Enlighten me with your reasoning man
