I just joined the site yesterday and have been browsing for hours trying to gain some information on the best way to begin my cycle.
I'm 21 years old and weigh 187 lbs. I've been lifting since I was 15 years old and started lifting heavy about 2 years ago. I just got Sustanon 325 and was told to do a 1ml pin once a week for 10 weeks (i only have 10 ml). From what I've been reading it seems that doing it twice a week at half the dose would possibly lower the side effects and increase the gains that I can make.
Previous to this I have only done one cycle of just Dbol for 6 weeks at 50mg a day which from what I have now found out wasn't exactly the best choice
Any information you can give me would be much appreciated - whether its additional supplements I should be taking or dosages, anything would be great.
