"NEW" SARMS?

Hey Guys,

I was at my local supplement store and the lady there was trying to sell me these new sarms from a company called Anabolic Labs. These are supposed to be variations of things like Ostarine/LGD/S-23 etc without the side effects... even though they released a PCT product too haha. Here are the products in question and their ingredient profile

ANABOLIC LABS WS – 23 RECOMPING AGENT
3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutamide 100mg/ml
WS-23 is a TRPM8 agonist.

ANABOLIC LABS LIDROL LEAN MASS BUILDER
Methyl (E)-2-((4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzylidene)amino)benzoate 100mg/ml

ANABOLIC LABS RAD LEAN MASS GAINER
N-Ethyl-p-menthane-3-carboxamide 50mg/ml

ANABOLIC LABS SR900 PRIME – FAT LOSS SARM
N-Ethyl-p-menthane-3-carboxamide 20mg/ml

ANABOLIC LABS OSTARONE – LEAN MUSCLE BUILDER
Methyl(E)-2-((4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenz-2-ylidene)amino)benzoate -100mg/ml

Anyone had any experience with these yet? the lady at the store was saying something like they have tweaked the active ingredients and made it so they can call them SYNTHETIC FOOD GRADE SARMS and this is some loophole or something along those lines. Now I didn't buy them as I don't just take the word of some random supplement store lady, but I did think it was interesting.

She did also go to say that one of her colleagues was using them for contest prep and she reinforced he is natty... I said to her I dont think these are natty haha, she didnt know how to answer that lol

Ostarone is suitable for use by both males and females.

WHAT IS IT?

Ostarone is an anabolic anti-androgen.
It’s an aryl hydrocarbon which modulates the androgen receptor, and is a combination of the compounds vanillin, and 2-(Methoxycarbonyl) aniline – both potent endrocrine modulators and flavour compounds.
Ostarone pushes androgen receptor activity to anabolic activity. Moreover, modulation of the arylhydrocarbon receptor and estrogen receptors have been found to promote bone health.

The combination of 2-(Methoxycarbonyl)aniline, and vanillin (imine), has not undergone extensive research as an anabolic compound. However, in one study, application of 2-(Methoxycarbonyl)aniline demonstrated androgen receptor modulation without down regulation of the total receptor expression.
In other studies, vanillin, and vanillic acid were found to inhibit bone resorption, an effect similar to the recently prohibited substance, Ostarine. These compounds were found to increase the effectiveness of anti-estrogenic drugs such as tamoxifen, and provide neuroprotection in periods of ischemic stress.
In addition, vanillin is a known inhibitor of SULT1A1 expression, which is a gene involved in the metabolism and breakdown of steroid hormones.

WHAT IS IT?

For several years, research compounds marketed as Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) have been suggested as replacements for anabolic steroids.
Although a number of SARMs have taken the supplement industry by storm, many popular synthetic performance-enhancing SARMs have recently been banned.

However, many SARMs exist of both synthetic and natural origin. Some exist as pesticides, flame retardants and food additives.
For a number of decades, estrogen-mimicking compounds have been of interest within the body building and fitness communities. However, a growing body of evidence now shows that it is not just research compounds which can modulate the androgen receptor directly, or through other mechanisms such as the aryl-hydrocarbon receptor.

While the first description of the aryl propioamide class of compounds (Ostarine and Bicalutamide) occurred in the late 20th century, in vivo evidence first appeared in 2003.
Bicalutamide is now a registered pharmaceutical in use as an anti-androgen. However, no other compound has reached the market, as a pharmaceutical to date.

In Australia at least, Bicalutamide is not sold as a SARM, nor falls under the specific legislation of a SARM – despite having the characteristics, both in terms of suppression of androgenic properties, and its ability to supress endogenous DHT activity, while conferring the growth of internal cellular architecture.
Moreover, Bicalutamide increases testosterone and luteinising hormone production during therapy while selectively excluding DHT from the androgen receptor.

For the most part, all SARMs are anti-androgens. The model compound, bicalutamide, is also an anti-androgen, anti-proliferative in terms of being an androgen receptor antagonist. It is however, anabolic.

They're food and cosmetic additives related to menthane which carry significant DNA transcription side effects/reproductive effects. I presume they must act on ligand receptors to some small degree, at least topically.

Going by that, would you think they ARE comparable to actual sarms like ostarine or LGD? or more like your vector/massacre etc

Lol why would you even consider touching this sh1t? With everything else thats available, why?

Lol, two of the products have exactly the same nomenclature, but apparently one is a mass builder and the other is a fat loss agent.

Maybe comparable in side effects. I doubt these are very anabolic. Ostarine and LGD can actually put real lean mass on you if you take them together at a fairly high dose for a few months.

Don't get me wrong man, I wasn't really going to try them... Not unless someone gave some cool relevant info about them.

I was more so curious about what they "did" to them

For me, halodrol is the only thing I will ever want/need. That and test

Understood. Sorry, didnt mean to sound like a dick. I guess my initial (emotional) reaction was pretty much I got a dodgy vibe off the store lady and this manufacturer. My intuition is, if Im going to take a risk, it wouldnt be with these products.
