WHERE ARE THE DEADLIFTS???

I've done similar splits, but I quit doing arms on their own day a few years back. However, much critique would depend upon your goals.

That said, I like the exercise choices, other than the lack of DL, or even SLDL

Edit. See you have them on Saturday. Phew. I damn near stroked out.

I like it.

Im definitely no expert, but it just seems like you have too many exercises on the leg and arm days. I suppose if you need to train them extra hard then it should work, but it just looks like it could lead to overtraining real fast

No recovery = no gains. For the love of god cut it down to 4 days/week. Each day focus on a big compound movement and 2-3 accessory movements. 42 exercises and 744 sets per workout just plain sucks.

I have to agree with you there m8. when I first started a few months ago I found my self fatigued and dropping the weight down on days because my body doesn't like to be abused every day but if he can continuously move the weight levels up and not down then go for gold each to there own. He will find out in the first 2 weeks if it's going to work.

if you have to ask if your routine is good enough then you should just do a proven program instead of your own. then you know it will be good enough.

This is a site for advice so if he is taking his training to the next level then he is doing the right thing and asking for advice!

he asked and i give him advice. and a proven program will be better then what he is doing and will show him how to put together a better program. that to me is superior advice to what i have seen so far.
