We are currently testing a new navigation option on nutraplanet.com, and are looking for customer feedback. To check it out hover over the catalog tab for around a second.

This may or may not be a permanent addition to the site. Let us know what you think, if you have any issues, or would like to see changes.

PS: We have checked this in safari, IE 5.5, 6, and 7, and Firefox. If you happen to use another browser and it does not appear correctly for you please let us know.
 
This feature will come in handy for quick navigation on product description pages...also checkout the hide supplement facts feature. When you hide the supp facts on a particular product description page, it will remain hidden on all product pages, and vice versa...

Just a couple cool bells and whistles to make the site more interactive and personalized to your preferences :thumbsup:

thats the intention, just need to make sure it does not cause problems for people. If it works well for everyone hopefully we can expand it to provide quick access to other things also, like recently viewed products, shopping cart, product bookmarks etc.
 
one thing i really hate is that not alot of products have supplement facts... i find that really helpful when shopping...

Yes, we will still keep the category menu on the left for the homepage; but on product description pages and checkout pages, we decided to remove the left column to offer a cleaner less crowded layout. This feature will allow us to offer the aesethics of each page without sacrificing functionality and navigability...plus it just looks DAMN COOL! :afro:

Good point. I agree that that's something that should be looked into. If Nutra agrees, maybe there should be a thread made where people could report pages with missing info as they come across them so then NP is aware and can make the changes accordingly.

ya but at this point there is so many. click around on supplements on the main page majority dont have supplement info and i always check this info before i buy anything and having to goto bb.com to get supplement info is very inconvenient you know.... please fix this !!
 
Your concern has not been ignored...there are more products with supp facts than without. We will fix the two mentioned above, but I think rpen had a great idea...if people can post products with missing information, we will be able to fix them quickly. I will create a thread and have it made into a sticky for this very purpose.
 
i check the quicknav on, vista home basic IE 7 and it works Vista Home premium IE 7 and it works.
Vista basic Firefox 2.0.0.11 works
vista home premium Firefox 2.0.0.11 works
slackware 12 with 2.6 kernel Firefox 2.0.0.11 works
slackware 12 with 2.6 kernel konqueror 3.5.3 doesnt work correctly.
