New Program I Just Started - CRC

Ok - so im new to the weightlifting game. I started lifting in the gym in January - prior to that I have been doing in home DVD's like P90, P90X, P90X2, TapOutXT, Combat, etc. I lost some fat and toned my core and then decided to take the next step and join an gym.

I have done BodyBeast, Muscle and Fitness's Rock Hard Challenge 2014, Jym Stoppani's SuperMan and now today I just started Clear Results Challenge by Flex Online.

My question is this: has anyone done the CRC and if so, what were your results?

Note: As far as the supps go - I'm on a whey protein, creatine and HMB (not the stuff CRC suggests - just a straight HMB). AND I'm following their meal plan too..........i havent done a program and not eaten the way they have prescribed.
