at the same time things affect different people differently. there'll be logs out there and we can judge it from those as well as studies else where.

Where the studies testing if it lowered cholesterol or if it kept them stable? Without knowing what study you are referring to, one could hypothesize that although levels did not drop at the end of an 8 week period, they all did not rise. Those findings could make this a quality ingredient for a product that stabilizes your levels, because we all know that some off us have problems keeping everything in check during certain times of the year ; ie cycles, poor diets, or other influences.

Keep them stable and lower it a few points. This is of couse if you have high levels to begin with.
