[NEW PRODUCT ALERT] Get EpiBURN Pro First // WIN A STACK!!

I got ready for summer by increasing to 5 lift days and hitting every group twice except for chest and legs. Upped my HIIT to 3-4x a week. Added in EC stack and started carb cycling. Always using AP along the way!

Wedding day finally here. Going to enjoy some good food with friends/family. Another trick i have utilized in my cutting experience is keeping my larger meals to later in the day to help fuel my early AM Training which i found to aid in suppressing appetite, increasing energy, focus, and overall performance. Will be sticking to this for the future for my morning sessions due to work schedule and the most optimal time for me to lift.

Have a good time man! I bet you're looking pretty sharp from what you mentioned earlier.

I'm in the same boat about big meals at night. I usually eat 1/2 my calories for dinner post-training since I work out anywhere from 7PM-12PM.

I've only competed off base here in Korea, so I actually have little to no idea what the world of bodybuilding is like back home.

That's good to know for when I finally come home!

I guess I'll have some frozen Greek yogurt instead of my ice cream:/ rich piana has Ben and Jerry's every night tho. Haha

I hope it has some of the ingredients from the original c20.. N courdyldopamine (spelling) and cafyldopamine (spelling)
The epi has me hoping it has epicathechin in it too

Sorry for the egregious spelling errors

Eatting some celery is good when I cut for the summer. It takes more energy to digest it than the calories it is! Also chewing gum helps me when I cut back my calorie intake. And drinking a bcaa all day long but I already said that in one of my other entries. Ha

Entry 5: Choosing more filling foods. I opt for foods that have more fiber and satiate more vs something like a simple burger. Like a burger with whole wheat buns, cucumbers, veggies, and a lot of other things to fill me up more for less calories. Pickles are amazing when cutting

Only four pages? Come on, guys. You can do better than this. :)

Only a few more days until the Inner Circle release of EpiBURN! 7-15 is the day!

Ended the cut with a nice cheat meal at my brothers wedding yesterday
Buffet food of Steak, some kind of chicken, veggies, italian eggplant stuffed with ricotta cheese, white and sweet potatoes, Salad, Bread, and of course a slice of the wedding cake.

Cheat meals help raise t3, leptin, and hormone levels and help increase fat burning and weightloss on a prolonged Diet which i have found suits me well and helps me get over stalls when they occur

Sipping aminos all day is also not going to benefit anyone because it never allows protein levels to reach refractory stages before being spiked again. You are constantly spiking aminos (and protein alone spikes insulin levels). So it is basically the same as eating every 10-15 minutes (but BCAA's are instantly digested) May not be the best way to utilize Aminos, they may be better as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart or for pre-workout fasted training

Its harder for your body to convert protein into fat than it is for it to convert carbs into fat. So definitely eat more protein than carbs when ur on ur cut! And good carbs of any.

Well that's good to know! Haha thanks for checking that out man. I just do it to help me not eat junk food. Even if it doesnt benefit me, it makes me feel better drinking that than eatting bad carbs. Ha

Entry 6: Maintaining a 500calorie deficit or lower per day so that I can maintain the most muscle during this as I can. Not only that but my training is progressing into more of a strength routine to maintain my power, and it's working so far. I've been leaning out while getting a bit stronger while in this low deficit. I know that I will eventually stall and need more than my diet to lose the last few bf%'s

Focusing on trying to maximize ART and Stretching when dieting is helpful for overall recovery. using the foam/rumble roller and TRX bands have aided my recovery a ton when dieting and find it very beneficial and something a lot of people neglect.

Protein ice cream instead of Greek yogurt+ protein powder .. Usp protein is the only one that gives flavor and consistency in an ice cream maker with just almond milk

Two more days until the Inner Circle release of EpiBURN! That also happens to be the day on which winners will be chosen so get your entries in in you haven't done so yet!

I've gotten ready for my summer by cleaning up the yard, garage, and our house as we are putting it on the market. Oh, and doing all of this with a 3 and 5 year old needing to be at your feet at every turn! Being that I work in a prison my wife is now home for the summer so my workouts aren't becoming so rushed due to her being home in the morning now being I work early afternoon to late evenings. Would love an edge and a boost from the humans(some don't even call them that)that I deal with 5 days a week!

I spent 5 hours in 98 degree Texas heat yesterday helping a friend lay sod around his new house...think that just burned up my cardio quota for the rest of the year, yea baby, Cardio goal: achieved!

I got ready for summer by cutting from 233lbs to 179lbs. Stepped on Stage for my first BB show at 186. Took me 32 weeks, and alot of dedication but made it.

1 day left before winners are announced and the release of EpiBURN Pro to the InnerCircle. Get your entries in, and you can join the InnerCircle at the link below if you haven't already.

Welcome to AM MooseSPQR! Congrats on your cut and stepping on stage!

I utilized nothing but LISS cardio on my most recent cut (for brothers wedding) and kept is to as little as possible and found it aid my strength, size, and fullness to the greatest degree. Playing with a lower caloric intake and lower volume on my workouts aided recovery and also not feeling awful on a higher calorie/higher cardio approach. the less cardio aided in strength and not stringing me out. Also i found on cheat meals that i was able to use that glycogen far more for my workouts than focusing on doing tons of cardio.

overall looking forward to the IC release!!

Last entry before release! Throughout my cut I have been cooking with protein a lot more than previously. Having various foods to eat is crucial to a cut and maintaining sanity. I can not imagine eating the same food for 2-4months nonstop, it would just drive me crazy. Not only do you get a bigger variety of foods but some protein powders are really good for cooking and the flavors can be complimented amazingly well.

Almonds and greek yogurt are really good for burning fat to!

I am 29 Years old and have been battling addiction my whole life. It started with weed when I was 13 years old,and then it when to alchohol and than hallucinogens. By the time I was 20 I had a full blown heroin addiction and I was not afraid of the needle anymore. I have been in and out of jail over 20 times in the last 10 years. I have prepared for this summer but putting all of my energy into a positive instead of a negative and in a couple weeks I will finally be off felony lifetime probation and also have a year clean from drugs and alcohol. I do have an addiction but it's a healthy one, not most people understand it but that's ok because I am not just fighting to be healthy I am fighting for my life.

Man, thanks for sharing that with us! Keep up the great work and if you ever find yourself needing support there's plenty ppl on this forum that wouldn't mind messaging with you through any part of this journey. Stay the course fella

Been getting ready for the summer by doing the p.h.a.t workout and making sure the macros are in check! Lift heavy and get strong!

i like to bust a nut more often, best cardio out there, and best way to get lean hands down THats how i like to get ready for da summa ma peps!

Started my 3 mile run today. Didn't think it was going to ran and it poured about half way through so I got soaked. My shoes and socks are soaked and I'm sitting commando in class because I forgot to bring extra underwear and my underwear was wet from the rain. U gotta get that cardio in before class tho!;) haha

Thought I'd just share this since the 3 mile run is part of my summer cut. Haha.

Tomorrows the day!

i hate being wet in class, the rooms are always cold and it just sucks! Props to you

Late entryyyyy! Hope not too late though...
Been getting ready for the summer completely different in the last two months or so than I was originally prepping for throughout the winter and spring. I enlisted into the Air Force about two months ago, and am going into Special Forces TACP. Was around 190 lbs when I enlisted, now about 180. Stopped training for size and strength and have completely changed my regimen to build explosiveness and endurance. Implemented a lot more cardio as well...I may be over preparing but that can't be a bad thing..

Another thing that helped me prep for practically anything, "no excuses. Leave them behind" .. The real motivation comes from you.. Peeps here are the extra bonuses you get.: good luck to everyone..

The day is here in for the IC Release.
What i have found is that during this cut i have relied a lot less on stims and more along the lines of working out without music to see how hard i can mentally push myself. Once i started to realize how much stronger and how much harder I can train while focusing solely on my mind and pushing myself mentally I have found myself to be working my hardest ever and digging deeper even as the calories were cut and cardio was ramped. The mind is a powerful tool do not under estimate your full potential on grinding out a few reps or digging deeper for a few sets.

Yep Hoping to be one of the lucky ones to get a bottle of this stuff! I want epi burn to be responsible for my results I get from my summer cut!

Last entry (7) before winners get chosen today! I can't wait for the release and am super excited especially to see these ingredients!

The last trick I use during my cuts is drinking more water than usual. I went from drinking one gallon to almost two gallons a day. When I get hungry and know that I don't have time to eat for a while longer I just chug back some water. Sometimes I add some bcaa's as a bolus between meals and sometimes I use it just to flavor my water. I am oh so close to the end of this cut I just need that last push!
