Hi everyone,
Im here cause i need your help for decide the right supplements for my actually objective, actually i have a little bit experience about that, but it's the time to ask that for who have skills more than me, also about his experience.
Im 25, 182x70kg, i have always practiced sport, im an ex athlete to athetics (sprinter 200) with good results at a competitive level. So i have "slim" body and i have always looking to have low bodyfat and more as possible muscles, unfortunatly i have a body like an ectomorph, but honestly, on the last years my body is change totally, this also because i have change my session workout, but honestly, also i have notice a big help during the supplements. Actually, im doing gym every days, 1.30h for fession, i'll follow serious nutrition and actually im mass.
I need your help about the best integration possible to take, pre and post, actually im take whey post iso sensation 93 (but are almost gone) and creatine pharmapure (5g pre - 5 post) or (10 post). Before i have take also pre workout (also agmantine, citrulline ecc) but actually im looking for some new that give me energy pomp and the best focus as possible cause honestly at the last time im really tired as mentality.
So, i have to increase mass, but try to drain more as possible my body. The rest will only be hard work in the gym. Honestly i would take more than just whey and crea. Could you please give me some advice?
