Just saying sup. I was pretty active on this board for a bit then dropped away for a few years. Coming back now since all other weight training boards are full of douche-baggery nowadays. Hoping to be able to contribute to discussions, been lifting for about 20 years and always learning new stuff even today, done a few PH and more cycles, did some strongman/highland games for a few years, and even dabbled in BJJ. Anyway, glad to see this site is still badass.
