good day all,

so i looked into doing a cycle a year ago, with work and travel it got put away. now im back traning a solid 5-6 days a week, my diets currently 3.5-4k a day and all my lifts are gaining size as am I, but i want more.

im purely after strength gains not too fussed about getting massive, nor do i mind loosing size gains after as long as i keep the strength

as an example
i want to add 60-80lbs on bench
another 150 lbs for my deads ect

what advice could you give me?

I also train once a week with the power lifters in my freinds gym, I train what ever they're doing, but as an example squats we'll set the weight squat 2 add 5kg (two guys either side, so not re racking)squat 2 add 5 ect untill you're down to one then keep adding till failure

Look into the westside bar bell method. In my eyes it is the most promising of the strength programs.
