wow colossal muscle looks solid and the price on this is good too. Over on their site I saw links to the studies on it. I took some time to read through them, here are some goodies on ECDY:
-Significantly higher increases in muscle mass were observed in those participants that were dosed with ecdysterone.
-Even more relevant with respect to sports performance, significantly more pronounced increases in one-repetition bench press performance were observed.
-No increase in biomarkers for liver or kidney toxicity was noticed.
-----
Its natural and its cheap especially on this sale, so I am going to get a couple bottles, lets see what happens.

Just recieved package and will get a log up this weekend and get it rolling. Experience about 20 years ago for ecdy. but never turk. Excitement and the truth coming soon.

I have almost fully deloaded from my last ph run. Looking forward to putting this to the reload test. Haven't seen anything yet but looking forward to checking this out.

Sucks being sick. Makes you realize how nice it is to not be sick. I had a head cold the past week or so. Finally getting over it but sinus and head pressure took me out for a few days of no lifting.
 
I got mine yesterday. I will start a log next Monday. I'm deloading after a ph run and finishing some dermacrine. I'll explain a bit more when I start.

So based on the name I would think this would be better suited for a caloric surplus but what do you guys think about using it during a caloric deficit run?

I think it can help with protein synthesis
/anti-catabolic properties for sure but I do agree, I think it is best in a bulk. If you want a cutting Supp that still helps promote muscle hardness I’m a big fan of true shred.
