Sorry, I wasnt sure where to post but i'm new on the board and have been jumping back and forth from board to board, I have found the people on this board are most helpful, I've been reading for about a month and have been very curious, Sounds like gains are good from members. I've been wanting to try my own cycle, Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but, Is it possible to gain 30 pounds of lean mass with dedication and help of "supplements" in one year? I've been doing some research and what do you guys think of M-Bol and M-LMG stack? Thanks for any inputs and any advice given.

Welcome aboard bro! 30lbs can be accomplished in a year. But, you have to remember that the introduction of hormones to your body isn't what's going to get you there. The most important thing is training and diet. Depending on how long you've been training for, where you're body is at the moment, and a slew of other factors, 30lbs is attainable.

I'm currently on a quest for 20lbs in 5 weeks, but you have to remember that I've been at this for over 16+ years and am used to my body and what I can and can't do. There is no "all-in-one-pill" that will get you there if you don't have the dedication and motivation to get to that level. You need to build a solid foundation first if you haven't done so.

Fill us in on your stats and whatnot. Age, height, weight, training time, etc.

30 lbs in a year = do able. i gained 13 in less than couple months. i'm pretty sure increasing my calories by at least 600/day and working with heavy, basic compound movements had a lot to do with it ( oh, and a little help with my lil buddy Halovar ). diet & training is where it's at though even when after the 'supplements' are done. Welcome aboard!!

In the last 8 weeks, I have put on about 14.5 pounds. The only supplements I am taking are Fish Oil and Glucosamine. The main thing is you gotta eat big and lift big to get big!

Like kanakafarian said, it does depend on your training history, diet, etc. If you post that, it will help out a bunch.
