I have been lifting weights now for a couple of years. I am 41 years old and weight about 210 pounds currently. My BF was 17% last time I had it measured and the only things I have tried so far is creatine and protein. My bench is currently around 325 pounds. Last time I checked, my chest was 45" and my arms where about 17". I try to eat 6 meals a day and I get to the gym a min. of 4x a week. I want to still get bigger so I am looking at doing a cycle and see what happens.
Reading the boards, a good first cycle would be:
500mg of testo enanthate a week (Week 1-12)
50 mg of dbol (Week 1-4)
250iu of HCG (Week 4-14 @ 2x week)
Then add nolvadex and clomids for PCT. When do I start these and how much would I take? I have never sticked myself with a needle yet but I never had had trouble with them. Do I need the HCG for a first cycle? I am aware of side effects so I want to be as safe as I can with my first cycle. Can I still take creatine with this? Once the cycle is over, how much gains do most typically keep? I know it depends on diet and such but would I need a second cycle shortly after?
