new member here interested in running first cycle. i have researched and have gathered what I feel to be sufficient knowledge on running a proper cycle/PCT, but as this will be my first cycle (if I decide to run it), I can always gather more information. I WANT TO DO THIS RIGHT SO FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME ON ANYTHING YOU FEEL SHOULD BE CHANGED, ALONG WITH YOUR REASONINGS. I do not plan to run this cycle in the immediate future, but possibly around July after I have cut body fat to desired level.

So, a few quick stats about me:

23yo
6'2
-currently (today, 4/24) sitting at 200 lbs.

-currently in middle of cutting routine (my 8th week of a 12 week cut). Previous bulk (natty) left me at 218-220 lbs. (an increase of around 18lbs) with a good amount of muscle/strength gains, but with undesired fat as well.

-during this cut i have kept around 85-90% of my strength gains and feel weight loss is a mix between minimal muscle, mostly fat and water weight and i can see a noticeable change in a more toned look, as well as clothes not fitting any more.

-current supplements include protein (obviously), multi, CRAZE pwo (love it), DS triazole, and AI glycobol.

-diet is not strictly regulated but a current typical day includes:
Am: oatmeal, 3 egg omelette with cheese
mid PM: grilled chicken breast or fish w/ whole grain wheat rice
Evening: grilled chicken breast or fish w whole grain wheat rice/veggies

Protein shakes taken in the AM upon awakening, and between meals and after workout. supps taken as recommended.

I have worked out consistently for the past 5 years.

Now for my cycle:

being my first cycle, Hdrol seems to be the product recommended due to its effectiveness and low potential for sides assuming proper PCT is taken. Not sure on brand yet, but have noticed many running this anywhere from 4-7 weeks, 25/50/50/50 to 25/50/50/75/75/75. This will be my first cycle so advice on length of cycle is appreciated. prefer to run longer than 4 weeks to make the most of the cycle, but all advice will be taken.

PCT:

Pre: I have heard it is a good idea, regardless the cycle being Hdrol, to pre-load with cycle assist. Necessary? or is it just a precaution?

As for pct...

-i have gathered that an AI is necessary. "Erase" has been mentioned several times in a 00/3/3/2/1. correct?
-Test booster such as DAA.
-i have seen many say a serm is not necessary, but have also heard it is a good idea. Nolva 40/20/20/10...?

Also, cycle assist during cycle?

Please critique this for me and let me know about the dosing of each, and if this sounds like a good cycle/pct. Have I gone too far with products needed for this cycle? is there anything I should add?

Definitely go with 25/50/50/75/75/75. The main thing is that everyones body's act differently. You sound like a bigger guy and may be able to handle going 50/50/75/75/75/100 without any issues. A 6 week cycle of helladrol is definitely preferred as it takes a little bit to kick in.

DEFINITELY get a SERM. No way should you ever run a pro hormone cycle without one! Your dosage looks good as well. I believe on my last i went 40/30/20/10 as I like to taper down and taper up the ERASE/Formastanzol concurrently.

It's a good idea to preload liver supplements prior to taking and I also take something like Liv52 while on cycle. If you are on cycle just make sure you avoid Milk Thistle as it can hinder Androgen receptors.
 
Most people also feel that keeping some Taurine on hand to combat pumps and lethargy is a good idea as well.
 
good choice for a first cycle, H-drol was mine too.

A pretty common dosing scheme seems to be 50/75/75/75/75/75, that will give you six weeks on the compound, and calls for almost exactly two bottles of most brands of halodrol products. I would not recommend starting at 25 mg, as I do not think you will see any results at all from this low of a dosage.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe all that is necessary to pre-load is some Hawthorne Berry, due to the possible initial blood pressure spike. Once your cycle begins, use cycle assist as directed on the bottle, being sure to dose it around 4 hours before/after taking the halo, due to possible androgen hindrance from the milk thistle as mentioned above.

Your dosing scheme for Erase and Nolva both sound good, DAA is an effective test booster, some find merit in running it along with the last week of your cycle in order to make sure its saturated in your body once you go off the h-drol. 3 grams every day is the standard dosage on this.

also x2 on the taurine, grab some bulk taurine to run anywhere between 2-7 grams per day, when i ran the above dosing scheme the back pumps didn't really hit me hard until about the 4th week.
 
also forgot to mention, it may be worth adding fish oil as well as any just about any glucosamine supplement for your joints, as halodrol is generally a very dry compound.

dose a few grams of fish oil with each h-drol dosage, taking any ph/ds with fats is known to improve absorption.

Very true! I used fish oil and Cissus with great benefits to my joints! Cissus worked better for me than glucosamine but you don't have to pick just one.
 
I've heard great things about Cissus as well! I think I am actually going to pick some bulk powder up to run with my next cycle, I've always had bad joints so i can use as much help there as possible.

Same with me. I started feeling the relief from it in about 3 days. Works pretty fast!
