Question for anyone who can help, planning to start my cycle and was wondering, with deca, is it better to take one injection of 400mg or split it up throughout the week, also with sustanon 500mg, thanks

i prefer to split deca into 2 inj per week, same with test and tren

I would split as well....especially if u are splitting ur sust twice a week... Which is more effective! Also be sure to keep ur test higher than ur deca...otherwise, say goodbye to ur libedo!
