New Here - Help With First Cycle!!

Hey guys first of all I would like to say I'm brand new here, I read forums here sometimes but never have posted, but I thought I wanted to give this place a try! Anyways on to what I am trying to do here:

My 22nd birthday is soon and wanted to start a first cycle with birthday money I will be receiving!
I want to get Havoc/Epistane and PCT with Liquid Nolva.
My questions are, How many weeks should I run the epi/havoc for?
Also what am I missing to make this an effective first cycle?

Use the search function, bro. It's pretty much the only thing I use on here. Just soak up knowledge until you can host a lecture on Epistane cycles.
 
You're gonna want a natty test booster (I prefer DAA) and an anti estrogen AT THE VERY LEAST. Like I said, it's all out there, a thousand times over.

Definitely nice work on that thread, Gregg.

Just wanted to let you know I bookmarked it for reference purposes and for its great attention to detail.

As opposed to going ape **** 30/40/50/60 on my current Epi cycle, I kept my feet on the ground because I had already bookmarked the voice of reason.
 
No real need for a first time user to hit 60mg of Epi.

IMO run 40mg all the way through and consider 5-6 weeks as Epistane is not too fast to kick in, nor one of the more toxic products and can be run a little longer to ensure you get the most from it.

You mentioned Nolva and D-AA - that would be fine for a PCT.

On cycle really does not need to be much, I would recommend the bulk of on cycle support be in the form of fish oils to compensate the often very dry joints you can get from compounds that are as dry as Epi.

You're absolutely right, man. I'm just saying, I had to check myself before I wrecked myself.

Not gonna lie, my first cycle of epi, I went 20 for a day, 30 for a few, 40 for a few... up to 60. Then my bottle ran out after three and a half weeks and my second bottle was bunk. Phuckin Amazon.

Back pumps ravaged me and I didn't keep as much as I liked, but DAMN did I get strong! My second run (started today) is much more conservative, and I'm using 4AD as a test base. Kinda pumped about it.

With this said, would it be an idea to add a wet prohormone to stack with epi? or should I stick to just epi as a first cycle?
 
Go solo, bro. You gotta know what compound is causing what effect. Trust me, you're gonna be like "HOW DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!?" On Epi solo. It sneaks and sneaks and then hits real good mhm.

First cycle keep it simple.

You add things in you have no experience to determine what is responsible for what good or bad - you have picked out a mild compound and one which offers simple recovery (this is a good approach for first time) so why then do something totally conflicting like stack another product and complicate the cycle and sides.

Solo, baby steps.

I'll stick to just epi at six weeks. Running 30/40/40/40/40/40
I should only need 2 bottles correct? If I did my math right lol

cycle assist from start to finish (including pct), or u could jus buy hawthorn berry, saw palmetto an liv 52 separately.. blood pressure would be the main side to worry bout

I have high blood pressure as it is. So stopping this side would be my main priority. What do i need to stop it?

Epi: 30/30/30/30
DHEA: 100/100/100/100
Advanced Cycle Support
Fish Oil

PCT: to be safe, although EPI is primarily mild.
Toremifene: 60/60/60/60
E-control Rx

Keep clean calories up and protein up. Drink a lot of water and train hard.
 
What's the rationale behind DHEA on cycle? I was under the impression that it had poor oral bioavailability and could convert freely to test or estrogen. Which, by my logic, would cause it to convert almost entirely to estrogen when pitted against Epi. If I'm wrong, by all means, I'm here to learn
 
Epi is an overall mild, methylated designer steroid. The DHEA at a dose of 100mg a day will not have much effect on the test or estrogen aspect but it will help you to keep your libido. My libido died on epi, but DHEA kept me going so I could still bang my girlfriend.
 
Ah, yes. As a man with no game whatsoever, I often neglect the libido aspect of cycles. Good look.
