Hi guys and gals..I'm a 48 year old weightlifter..lifted a lot when I was younger....took 12 years off..started back up when I turned 40.. I'm proud to be steroid free and a 435 bencher..I'll post my workouts..I'd love to be a help to anybody that wants to learn from an old dude

today was my Hill Sprints..11 of em for about 10-12 seconds each
 
New PM of 470 Deadlift..never did deads until this year..and I'm 48..that was kinda fun :)
 
Today was bench max day..coming back from injury but 1 repped 405.

and today I maxed 405 on squat..felt real strong..could have done probably 30 more lbs. but not in a hurry to get anywhere :)

THat could have gotten ugly real quick

I was starting to panic then realized everything was set for a safe put down..that's a scary feeling for sure though
