Iv just always lifted as a hobby
And heavy for few years
Then decided to eat better and try to just look strong healthy
Injuries is what's held md back a lot.. Rotator cuff tear twice left pec twice right pec bad strains and siatic probs lol
But I'm good right now and what to try a show someday
Just natty stuff
Not enuff courage for the anything goes stuff
