A research chem consists of whatever supplement companies don't feel comfortable advertising as a supplement.

In the case of Ostarine, it is:

A). Patented by GTX as a novel compound, not merely for use. This makes it illegal to manufacture and sell for any use without license from them.
B). Not a dietary supplement as per the DSHEA definition. There is no gray area here whatsoever.
C). A compound currently under IND status with the FDA, and as long as it maintains such status it can never even be approved as an NDI through the FDA.

It is indisputably illegal to sell Ostarine as a dietary supplement.
It is indisputably a patent violation to sell Ostarine at all.

The former carries criminal penalties, the latter is a little less likely to see repercussions.

It is not however in any way illegal for you as a person to buy, posses, and use it personally.

Ok question so being that platinum Nutra is selling these compounds as sarms and not rc's where does that leave us in the conversation? And im not trying to stir the pot I would just like to know what is fair game and what is not.

I'm generally trying to avoid going around publicly declaring saying "<specific company/specific product> is legal/illlegal!" these days. Read what I said about the compound though, and my opinion should be pretty clear :p

Everyone else's legal risks are their own to weigh.

Lots of what happens in the supplement industry is 'illegal' per say, but with lax enforcement, and poorly defined repercussions a lot of companies elect to engage in a certain level of risk exposure.

I don't think that sort of environment is very good for the industry but it is what it is.

Listen. After you get into the game and been researching this **** for awhile you'll start to realize that almost ALL Natural supplements are worthless. It's just the way it is man. You wanna take it go ahead its not gonna hurt you. It's your money

TT33 is one supp I've never taken. I Try to keep stim intake to a minimum im quite sensitive but I never realized it wasn't natural. Maybe I'll have to do more research. Interesting nonetheless

For sure I have used plenty of natty supplements that have been awesome ara epi anabeta elite creatine dcp 2.0 just to name a few and platinum nutras test xt is on my list of pct products that are going to be used in my next cycle

That's like saying a Honda is worthless compared to a Ferrari. Use common sense dude they are different categories and supplements can absolutely help you reach your goals. You sound like one of those guys whos lifts to assist the drugs rather than use the drugs to assist your lifts LOLOL

Not everyone wants to pin, not everyone wants to take some var when most var is fake.

You're comparing two completely different things, and it's a pretty retarded comparison.
 
Ok fellas Lets keep the conversation civil. I think we can all agree that trying to compare a naty sup to a hormonal one is just silly but with with supplements like ara epi anabets elite test xt and 5 lax (combined with a solid diet) the gap is closing some what.
