whole wheat toast
tsb of anpb

lunch

grilled chicken
banana
whole wheat wrap
light ranch dressing
pretzels

snack

turkey sandwhich/ apple

snack

protein shake/ tuna/ light mayo

dinner

steak/potato/salad/brocclli

before bed

anapb/crackers/protein shake
 
current weight 177 heigh 5'8 trying to gain some lean mass lifting for almost a little more than 2 years bf some where around 15%
