I will be starting a new training cycle next week.I have been using Amentoflavone for the last 8-weeks and betaine anhydrous for the last 4-weeks. They both will be done this Saturday.
I want to run an 8-week cycle of creatine and ABE. I did a 10-week cycle of creatine about 7-weeks ago and have done a ton of 6-8 week cycles of creatine. I have never taken ABE and was torn between using that, Alphamax, or ARA. I want to try them all but one by one. So the plan is to go creatine+ABE for 8-weeks beginning Sunday Jan. 18. Then I would like to try ARA or Alphamax, should I go right into it or give myself 4-6 weeks without supps? I know many people don't cycle creatine but do you think its more beneficial to cycle it or do you get the same effects long-term using it every day or workout days for say 6-months?
My goal is to increase strength and power, would you recommned ABE, ArA, Alphamax, or other for the next 8-week cycle?. I am also taking multi-vitamin, fish oil, vit D, vit C, ZMA (only a few left).
