New Cycle: How does this look?

Hey guys,

I'm about to run a new cycle - goal is to gain strength and 5-10lbs of muscle. This is about my 3th PH cycle so far.

I'm 29 5'9 160lbs with about 8% BF.

I run about 50 miles a week mostly in mountains and lift 3x per week

How does this look?


Weeks 1-8:
OL UK SUP3R-1 ELITE, SUP3R-4 ELITE, & SUP3R-EPI ELITE 2X Per Day, Carad1ne 2x per day
OL UK Arm1carre Pro 6x Per Day

Week 9:
Clomid 50mg
OL UK SUP3r PCT 4x Per Day

Weeks 10-11:
Clomid 25mg
OL UK SUP3r PCT 4x Per Day

How does this look?
Overall it looks just fine. If you're trying to lean bulk, I might consider dropping the Cardarine and use it after PCT if you need to drop your bodyfat a touch. If you're truly at 8% then it would seem counterproductive to run it if you're trying to gain mass. Make sure your calories are high enough and don't forget to account for alll that cardio. I would consider resistance training 5 times or more per week and decreasing the cardio a bit.
 
What's your dosage? It looks like you're running 220mg if you mean 1 cap 2x a day. Would recommend 330 at least.
