Basically just double checking to make sure I didn't forget anything.
Age 26, 27 by the start.
Weight 205
5'8
14-15% but I'm going to cut for a few weeks before starting so probably 10-12%
Been lifting since I was 16, and did my last cycle 3 years ago (test only)
Diet is consistent. 4000 cals a day, 300g protein. And lots and lots of carbs. Fat usually kept around 90g
Training is 4 days a week. Mostly strength stuff. Just did my first 4 week run through of 5/3/1 BBB. Considering doing the "5/3/1 BBB 3 month challenge while on cycle, but haven't fully decided. Lifts are bench:340 squat:440 deadlift:510 all raw. Strength is my first priority.
First powerlifting meet is going to be early may.
Here's the cycle lay out, questions at the bottom.
Weeks 1-10 Test E 500mg pw (250 mon & thurs)
Weeks 1-4 Anadrol 50 mg/day (no intent on upping the dose)
Weeks 3-12 hcg 500 ius/w (split up into two doses)
Weeks 3-10 adex .25 eod
PCT:
Clomid 75/50/50/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Then I'll jump on a regular test booster/estro control product afterwards.
Will have caber on hand for prog issues.
Did I forget anything guys?
Will any of these substances mess with my performance on the platform?
I've never had acne issues, but I hear Anadrol is rough, any suggestions there?
The vision side effects of clomid, how severe are they? Will that dose minimize them?
I know you guys are sick of these threads, but I'm just making sure the shopping list is complete before I go get it. I will log this is enough people seem interested.
