Saw this top heavy fellow in the gym yesterday and it pumped me up to work my legs even harder lol doubt they will grow as I'm cutting, but I did stimulate them properly

try wearing ankle weights and doing 5-7 trips up and down 21 flights of stairs at a high rise, that will stimulate some growth, cutting or not, lol....i used to do this with 15 lb'ers, but i snagged them and bb's went everywhere, now i am down to 10 lb'ers...but still very effective!!!

if you can make 5 trips wearing 10 lb'ers much respect, betcha can't until you become conditioned to it...hard as hell when you 1st try it!!!!
 
Lol I have 15lber ankle weights but I don't think I'd be coordinated enough to run up and down stairs without tripping lol..
 
Lol well I usually am a week ahead with my college work, but I got a bit behind because I went out with the boys this past weekend
 
Heard. I am trying to get all my work done that would normally be done on the weekend because the wife and I are going out with my hetero life mate and his wife to a costume party. I don't think Saturday I'll feel much like doing homework. We'll probably have to grocery shop anyway. I have a love hate attitude toward living an hour outside of the city. Budgeting time on our days off is crucial. When I'm home during the week I have all the damn time in the world for work, school, and exercise.
 
I was going to send mine earlier, but than I got side tracked with hw and junk lol plus I have a few ideas so gonna want to type my time and write that up
 
They are just my interest :) eventually want to start up my own fitness based company but still young so looking to learn all I can before.
 
No PR's today, but I did learn a valuable lesson about turning on the space hater a least half an hour before lifting on cold days. I'll be surprised if I don't get arthritis in my fingers by the end of this winter. Haha. Part of a cinnamon roll with breakfast. Prime rib and all the carbs for lunch. Going to get a $3 burrito from Chipotle and drink some craft beer tonight too.

By the way... burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads are $3 at Chipotle if you come in after 6pm in a costume.

Hit 385 today. Not super impressive ;)

Tried for 405, but no go. I was stuck at 360 for a long time. Hit 365, then went fpr 385. I started lifting for the first time ever in November of 2011. I think my first Deadlift was 90 lbs., LOL.

Don't downplay your achievements. Heavy is relative, what's heavy to me may not be heavy to you and vice versa.
 
Halloween is meh to me, it is cool that one of friends bday is Halloween but besides that.. I always liked Christmas better :)
 
I've always loved Haloween. Last night was no exception. Great time with the neighborhood.
 
Only got two groups of trick or treaters haha and the two groups were hella surprised when I came out to give them candy.
 
nasty night last night for the kids, windy, rainy and cold....i remember hating to have to wear a coat over my costume when i was a kid.
 
Good Sunday morning people! It's a nice, balmy 37° down here in Baton Rouge! Thank God for global warming!

Also, too bad my kids don't adapt too well to daylight savings time! I guess we'll make the early mass this morning. Lol.

Give me just one more quality app today!
