Real effect on free test is D-aspertic acid , if you dont know what that is then ****ing google it, fat as in dietary fat boosts test as well and prostate cells require lots of zinc to fuction
I agree with Pat Arnold. D-aspartic acid doesn't work well unless it is the aspartate form. Wasn't a study just released showing Daa to be ineffective?
actually the study showed to be ineffective for normal test levels, it still may be good if your levels are subpar.. like maybe during a post cycle.
DAA was great at lowering my total test and increasing my e2. Oh, it also provided some of the most amazingly wicked headaches. If I ever need to do that, I'll look into it again.
