If you are lactose intolerant, I would go with oats, almond milk and rice protein. I'm against soy but too lazy to explain why.



Right. You have to adjust for your weight, I forgot to mention this. I'm 233 lbs, it was an example what I do when bulking. As long as your intake of liquid is high enough, I doubt it will affect your kidneys, IMHO you will sh1t the excess out.
You know, I've read that whey isolate is called that because all the sugar has been pm removed. That there milk sugar.

Now, I don't trust anyone so they were probably just selling me whey, but it's a good guess that a good isolate should work for a lactose intolerant person.

Also, why don't you want to castrate him with soy? He's already looking at running gear.

I personally can do 225g+ protein every day, without whey.

Still, I learned how to eat. These kids just want to pin and have magic happen.

Problem is, they don't believe you when you say: "You don't have to pin to grow." I know plenty of people who pin and look like sh1t. Nutrition and sleep is 75% of success. 20% is training and the last 5% is roids. That's how I see it. Roids is the cherry on top of a cake -not the cake itself.
But I admit....I love cherries.
 
I hear you. I need the extra help (roids) & I’ll have to do protein shakes. If I can’t get enough calories I thought the least I could do would be to slim down around my mid section. I know the working out is paramount; & I intend to hard

Not ONE roid will help you to get rid of your hip tire. Mark my words. All ANABOLICS are exactly what the name implies: anabolic (meaning mass gain -IF you eat enough -but also fat gain). Your body composition will change on roids, depending on your nutrition and training -but fat can only be burned away by a caloric deficit.
If you think you could need an extra "push" to loose fat, look for stims like yohimbe and ephedrine. There are "heavy guns" also -but no need to fiddle around with T3 or clen (it works but sides can be harsh).

One compound comes to mind that helped me to get rid of mid section fat. MK-677 (Ibutamoren). Look it up. You have to run it for at least 4 month to see a difference, better 6 month. It works well and has numerous benefits.

If you dont commit to eating at minimum 2500 calories a days 365 days a year nothing you take will help you reach the goals youve set. You need to get your overall genral health in check before you think about anabolic androgenic compound. Take herbal anabolics like laxogenin, ecdysterone, turkesterone. These are all very potent add aiding in lean muscle growth with proper diet. Just have buy quality extract.

The 5 hydroxy laxogenin looks very promising, also the ingredients in test1fy are great too. Olympus labs sells that and the ingredient list is clinically studied doses of anacyclus pyrethrum.

But at 19, you should stay natty for a couple more years. Unless you want to take the risk

Commit to 2500 calories a day? When I was younger, more insane, and nearly immortal; we called that breakfast ????☕️?

Eat big = grow. Hit your macros, drink lots of water, try to stay away from alcohol, sleep, train, and repeat. You’ll be a monster before you know it.
 
Yea, Op has no business with anabolics. He clearly is impatient and just wants the easy way out. He needs to eat more and be patient lol.

To put on serious size, it takes years.

I think that is one of the reasons older guys tell the younger guys to wait until 25.

#1 It will prove you're truly dedicated.

#2 You may not even want to do them when you get past those teen years!

I was one who came on here in 2006 asking for advice on juice. I got mad because all the guys said "when your older"

Lol. I waited, but only until 20. I had very low test before growing up, couldn't gain a pound.

At 250mg T for my first cycle, I blew up!

But now I have to be on TRT
