Okay so I’m new to the whole anabolic world expect the 6 weeks run of test I did sophomore year of high school now I’m 19 and trying to find a good beginning cycle to bulk up pretty fast I’m 6’3 and weigh 155 thanks in advance!

No, don't do anything. You're skinny you don't need any anabolics right now you need food and training and rest.

I seriously am not trying to be rude when I say I hope this is kind of a joke post, because that 155 lb and your height you have absolutely nothing to lose by just going on a large Surplus and training really hard to doing it naturally for the next five years.

Why shouldn’t I just low dose? Not trying to say your wrong just asking
Because at your age your testosterone levels and your training level you don't need drugs to grow quickly. You can gain 50 lb in the course of a year if you do it right.

Why would you go ahead and choose testosterone when you can do it naturally? It's a tremendous waste of money and it's also putting your health at risk over the long run.

It can be argued that testosterone is not going to hurt your developing hpta, who knows if it will but why bother with the risks?

I train I just can’t pack on the weight
Then you're not eating enough.

Also, you're not going to learn the fundamentals of training and eating when you're using testosterone which basically turns you into a superhuman muscle gain machine, so how the hell are you going to keep all of that weight you gain when you go off Gere? When you don't no training or Diet.

Dude you need to EAT take the money you're going to spend on gear and buy real food with it instead.

At that weight and height you should be able to look at food and makes gains man. Stick to the basics, compound movements and tons of good food. Whole milk, eggs, oats, steak, chicken, potatoes, rice, olive oil, veggies. If you don't learn to eat correctly now, you will lose any gains you make while on cycle once you come off.

If you're having trouble eating or are not disciplined enough then you can add a couple weight gainer shakes to the mix.

I suggest you get the my fitness pal app to track your macros. Eat and train big for a year and you should be able to put on 40-50lbs.

Or if youre impatient and trying to look awesome for the beach you can run a cycle, but realize that you are potentially harming your testosterone factory since you are so young.

That said, my bro started juicing at 16, has developed fine and has normal t levels after many many cycles. You might not be so lucky though.

This is a harm reduction forum so if you are dead set on running a cycle you should take every precaution to keep your HTPA from being damaged,

I would suggest 250mg test, 300mg deca for 12 weeks with 50mg Tbol a day for the first 6 to 8 weeks. Taking torem daily to keep your HTPA awake.

If you eat right and train hard you can probably put on 20-30lbs in those 3 months. Take 3 months off, check your bloodwork to ensure your HTPA has recovered and repeat.

You also need to research the right diet. The right cycle support and the right post cycle therapy. But I have laid out a good beginner stack that should be low on side effects.

Like said earlier, its best to stay natural at your age, but if you're like me you don't like waiting for what you want and I understand that. Just be aware that you could possibly end up on TRT at a young age, like me. But still, you've been warned.

You’re not ready to be on gear; you’ve still got plenty of room to grow naturally. You just need to start eating more.

Sent you a mealplan, you're about 1800 calories/ day sitting still. I sent you one with 2500 kcal check it out.

Do 12 week bulk (workout your calorie maintenance and just go overboard with food) with vector or k1ngslayer when it comes out.

you will pack on heaps of size, if you dont... get your bloods checked or go see a nutritionist... seriously at your height and age, over the next 3 years you can become a monster with natural training.... do not go down the anabolic path until you've really got a good base, one thing i really regret...

I’m not a body builder was an athlete & can’t eat like you do to illness, that’s part of the reason I was put on this. You should know the whole story before you make unfounded accusations!!

But you can take steroids without knowing anything about them? I think people are just trying to help because you are on a bodybuilding forum. I don't think we eat anything out of the ordinary. If you have an illness like diabetics and can't eat carbs then say so instead of getting annoyed cause nobody was insulting you.

People think that bodybuilder take steroids and blow up. There are tons of natural people looking better than many using aas cause diet is more important than steroids.

Maybe you can now tell us what your illness is so we can help

Bodybuilding isn’t for you if you think you can just take steroids and neglect your diet.

Here we are another young and dumb thinking drugs are the answer! You gotta eat or don’t do it, maybe running marathons may be a better fit for you. Seriously eat or gtfo, just saying

I have & chados I told you you can ask me any question you want.
1) I had a liver transplant - a failing liver causes muscle wasting. It ruined my body
2) I gave gastroparesis ( stomach doesn’t empty properly) it’s an extraglandular manifestation of Sjögren’s syndrome.
I’m on a small dose of Fortesta for autoimmune epididymo -orchitis. This is embarsssing but my immune system is attacking my nuts.
I need to add more muscle which will keep me healthier in the long run when the initial disease comes back to my liver. I can’t even get in 1500 cal. A day.
My transplant Dr. Endocrinologist, urologist & my very cool internist all okayed the testosterone & said it was safe for me. At some point I would like to do a short cycle of just an increase of my Test E.
If you want to help than help. The other guy is talking about a 6 week cycle & gets on me. Come on!
I’m all ears Chados

Then don't leave out key information.... you can't eat 2500-3500 calories? but anyway keep your questions to your threads you have created... but honestly you need to speak to a DR

I think you should prove to us you can actually be dedicated to a diet.
Gain 15lbs and get back to us.
Keep a log of what you ate.
Make sure you don't neglect lower body and in 2 months lets see where you are.

Sjögren is a Swedish name that much I know. You have to eat man sorry, regardless of aas. Not sure anyone can help here except a doctor.

Thank you I guess they all don’t remember their first time & they feel good making somebody feel bad; guess those roids their all taking the dose is to high

Just saying, read the post moron. It answers the eating

Yes but you told this later not on first post. Relax a little you're a bit aggressive when people just giving advice. Nobody's trying to make you feel bad, honesty can hurt but you started calling people morons without telling about your disease

It doesn’t feel like advice it feels like belittling. For the calorie thing I’m on an appetite stimulant & will start protein shakes. I’m joining a gym. When I do something I do it right!

But it is what it is.. steroids don't make people grow , food does. You have to eat and by eating it doesn't had to be a lot of food to gain weight but calories. Try having a lower carb and higher fat diet maybe.

Just to reiterate what really everyone is saying to you, you have particular circumstances that strangers on an internet forum can not help you with, you need to see a DR, a specialist... someone who understands what is going on in your body... get them to break it down for you then present us with that information, then MAYBE someone can help you here... but anyway this isnt your thread and we are wasting the OPs space, so let's leave it there and you can post on your threads.

Calories are a big problem! But I think w/ the shakes I can get my intake up; I need some guidance, all my health care providers agree this is safe for me. My internist k ones at some point I’m kicking up the dose, & he’ll watch me. I get blood drawn every week. It’s safe !

Oh I didn't even notice.

This guy sent me a pm defending himself. Just don't get upset. You were told to eat more and train and you didn't listen.

Dunno. Unless OP presents blood work that shows some sort of metabolic disorder, I am inclined to blame a lack of nutrition and diet knowledge on the weight gain issues.

I also don't buy the concept of him training for five or six years as I think he said, naturally, and only being 155 lbs at over six feet tall.

Something about this stinks of advanced troll tactics, but yea I have a sick sense of humor.

I think you're also confused. Op is not the guy with the disease

If the newbie will grow -but can't/want eat more food, he has to substitute food with roids, sounds legit! ;)
The question is, how much calories has testosterone?

Here a little trick to get more calories in:

-Drink only whole milk during the day, no water, soft drinks or juice. ONLY Milk.

Look for "fortified whole milk" made for toddlers. I found a product with 1500 kcal x quart. If you drink 3 quarts of that during the day = 4500 kcal.
Each quart has 60g of protein, put 50gr whey in each quart to get protein up.

BINGO!

Not a bad idea!! I like this

1 problem, I’m lactose intolerant.
I can make my own protein shakes w/ soy milk, soy protein & frozen fruit. Is that ok. When I was younger & upped my calories it would just go to my mid section. Now w/ gastroparesis it’s really hard.

If you are lactose intolerant, I would go with oats, almond milk and rice protein. I'm against soy but too lazy to explain why.

When you consume that much protein does your creatinine go up?
Your kidneys have to feel it.

Right. You have to adjust for your weight, I forgot to mention this. I'm 233 lbs, it was an example what I do when bulking. As long as your intake of liquid is high enough, I doubt it will affect your kidneys, IMHO you will sh1t the excess out.
