Cycle:
Weeks 1 & 2:
Test P (600mg a week) / Anadrol (100mg a day)
Weeks 3 & 4:
Test P (400mg a week)/ Anadrol (100mg a day) / Test E (250mg a week) / Tren E (200mg a week) / Deca (250mg a week)
Weeks 5 – 16:
Test E (750mg a week) / Tren E (400mg a week) / Deca (500mg a week)
Weeks 17 – 20:
Test E (750mg a week) / Tren E (400mg a week) / Deca (500mg a week) / Turinabol (60mg a day)
Supports are standard (Caber, Exemestane, Kings Guard (Olympus Labs), Arimacare Pro (Olympus Labs), Protein, etc.)
Starting stats: 5’9 / 195 / 13% bf – blood work and everything is textbook on point. Diet is an approximately 4000 cal a day. All lean fresh foods. Eating this much clean food is actually the hardest part. I feel like I’m ALWAYS eating. Workout schedule is 6 days in a 7 day period in a 3 on 1 off pattern.
I’m super excited about this cycle. I think I can make some good gains. Also this is the first cycle my wife knows I’m doing so I don’t have to hide it, hahaha. She’s helping me cook and doing all the worrying for me, hahaha. (I always say I’m going to try to blog the whole run. I never have. But hey; I’ll try.)
