New 1-AD by Ergopharm, 2 weeks in.....

Started at 5'9, 166lbs, 12%BF. Followed Ergo's recommendations on dosing, taking 300mg 1st week, 600mg 2nd week, headed into the 3rd week at 600mg and finishing off the 4th week at 300mg. I am eating maintenance cals at 2800, 250p/200c/100f and am currently at 174lbs after the 2nd week, 8lb gain and still 12%BF. I am filling out nicely which is what I was looking for. Strength is thru the roof. I bought the 11-oxo bridge and 6-oxo pct. Any advice on diet changes for the last 2 weeks to increase lean muscle? How about when on the 11-oxo? Should I buy another 60ct bottle of 1-AD and bump up the 4th week dosage and run a 5th week with what's left over? Any help would be appreciated.
 
I would bump the cals until you start to see a little fat gain and then scale back a bit from there. You might as well try and get the most out of your cycle, no? I would say at least bump your protein to 300g and maybe carbs to 250g per day. This would bump you up another 400 calories per day. If you start to see fat gain I would slowly decrease the carbs again. You should be able to eat A LOT more right now than you normally would.
 
This is great advice and you are right. Appetite is LARGE. I bumped up to 3300 on Thursday with no problem and today I'm shooting for 3500 and I'll probably go over with a cheat meal pizza tonight. I was just a little skeptical on the carbs going up b/c Ergo's tech line said "high protein, low carbs" but then I thought GEE, any knucklehead could have told me that. I will keep progressively eating each day until the fat shows up. I heard the 11-oxo bridge strips fat anyways? Should I stay with the taper dosing strategy they have outlined? 600mg 3rd week; 300mg 4th week? I have the money to buy another bottle and run 600-900mg in the 4th week. Sorry, just excited, this is first prohormone use and I'm seeing good things so far.

For the bridge I don't know what kind of results you're gonna see with just 300mg of 11-oxo. I think I ran it around 600-800mg when I ran it and saw very little. I wouldn't get my hopes up for 1AD-like results or spend my money on another bottle. Just run as you have planned...this is your first prohormone run and the 1AD is the main component. You don't want to get too carried away and end up burning a huge hole in your wallet for maybe another pound of fat loss that you might see with the extra bottle of 11-oxo.

Sorry, I mixed up my last comment. I meant I could afford another bottle of 1-AD and run it at a higher dose than what they recommend. I already did it over the weekend. Going into the 3rd week, I took what I had left and divied it up into 400mg at breakfast and 400mg at dinner. Then with the new bottle I'll run 300mg breakfast, 300mg lunch, 300mg dinner and be done after the 4th week and bridge into the 11-oxo. If you think this strategy is obscure or could be tweaked, please let me know, your advice on bumping the calories was money. Eating 4,000/day now with no new accumulation of bodyfat. Lifting heavy in the a.m., 250x6 squat, 225 bench, 275 dead lift, zero cardio right now, softball 2 nights a week. Napping a lot b/c I'm very lethargic in the evenings (side effect from 1-AD).
