Hi there I am a 34 yo guy 6" 175 pds I never did any sort of cycle my friend give me is methadrol because he cant train for a while. Does methadrol is too strong for first cycle?

This the cycle I expected to do: week 1-4: -methadrol
-cycle armor
5-8:-AD-3 PCT or clomid and nolva

Agreed with above, you need to get other things on track first, and there are many things out there that can help do so other than jumping straight into a cycle, but it sounds like a change in diet could be a great thing for you!

I do eat approx 3000-3500 cal but do lots of cardio so "I probably burn it all
If you are trying to gain mass cut down your cardio, and eat more..

thx for the advice I will try to gain an extra 15 pds.... so at 190 do you think it could be a good first cycle?

If you stay under 15% bf then yes it will be good but you wanna make sure your training is up to par or you will lose your gains

sure at the moment im at 11-12% bf so methadrol isnt too strong for first cycle then..... and for PCT does Ad-3 is enough or i should get clomid and nolva?

There is no weight or size range that will determine if you are ready to cycle, you need to explore and research more natural options and get your diet in check. You should get as much growth and gains as possible without cycling before even considering it,and then even when you think you have gained as much as you can natty, change up your routine, and look into some more natural supplements that you have not tried. There are so many good options out there and Im sure you can make some great gains off of a solid line up of staple products. You can start a thread in the supplement section and list what you are taking, and what you are looking to do exactly, and Im sure you will get plenty of good advice.Feel free to Pm me if you ever have any questions.

Enhanced is good kickstarter for me, and on it I have gained with staying lean still

Lol you'd be surprised what kind of weight you can put on just by eating more and lifting heavy. I used to eat 2 supreme protein bars throughout the day on top of my normal meals and protein shakes. I split them in half (about 150 cals and 15g protein) and ate them every 3 hours throughout the day in between my meals. I was able to put on a lot of mass that way, granted some of it was sloppy weight but the majority was good solid muscle. When I started lifting I was 170lbs and now I'm 220lbs. At least 30lbs of that weight was put on in one year just by doing this.
