Just wanted to let you know that I received the package yesterday - smells delicious! :)


I will start logging on Monday if that's okay with the Neogenix reps...my cousin's getting married on Saturday, so I've got a rehearsal dinner the night before and a whole bunch of other BS (that darn Easter thing too ;) ) to worry about in the next few days. Will start fresh and new on Monday!

Hey all first workout with Neurosurge!

Opened the bottle up and it smelled good so poured some in my shaker and it tasted pretty damn good to. GRAPE.

so first off i did legs but a different workout than i usually do first time tryin that out also

Leg Press-

Feet high on platform- shoulder width apart
500 lbs x 15 reps
15 sec rest
6 more reps
15 sec rest
6 more reps
15 rest
6 more reps by the way the weight at first wasnt horrible but after this it felt heavy.

Leg Press- Feet low on platform closer together

400 lbs - 15 reps 3/4 reps
pause at top for 5 seconds 5 more reps
rest for 15 seconds
5 more reps
rest 15 seconds
5 more reps

Leg Press- Feet in middle of platform- wide stance

450 lbs - 15 reps
pause 10 seconds, 5 more reps- 2 more times

Smith Machine light slow squat

105 lbs 18 reps rest 30sec
15 reps
rest 30 sec
15 reps

Calves- more like a donkey calve machine

270 lbs - 18 reps all the way down slow and up followed by 10 more reps with no weight
320 lbs - 15 reps followed by 10 with no weight
270 lbs - 12 reps followed by 10 reps no weight
270 lbs - 10 reps followed by 10 reps no weight
180 lbs - 15 reps followed by 12 reps no weight then stretched them out

Lunges with 50 lb dumbells

3 sets x about 30 yards and dropped the weight after each set and did lunges with no weight in between

Last thing i was able to do before i had to go to work was quick straight legged dead lifts with 80 lb dumbells for a good stretch
Did 3 sets of 12

Also dieting for another show in June so carbs are quite low, had oatmeal before and after legs with protein.

But during leg presses at first i was dying from the first through the rest of the leg presses and figured i was going to be done after that but i think i did get a good amout of energy from the Neurosurge. I will be back in gym tomorrow, doing some arms, thanks.

I was feeling pretty good for this workout. It was in the afternoon so i had a few meals in me. Pretty good energy on the Neurosurge again plus i love doing back so put them together and you are ready to rock. Back felt very pumped which i liked so hopefully it will get growing a little more.
