I have used this more for driving heightened performance and energy (and enthusiasm) in select training sessions, BUT it’s also good for work/play as mentioned with the general mood boost. A cap of Neurogize with a scoop of Focus XT really brings so much goodness for a smooth mental/mood boost
I also tried the Cherry Punch flavor finally in Focus, and that’s a knockout too.
